Safety at Augusta Industrial Services
Training, Accountability, and Procedures that Protect Our People and Our Customers on Every Job.
Safety isn’t a policy here. It’s how the work gets done.
Every job, every site, every crew starts with the same commitment: protect our people, protect our partners, and do the work the right way. From planning and training to execution in the field, safety is built into every decision we make. It shows up in how we prepare, how we communicate, and how we look out for one another so everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
Training is more than a requirement. It’s a commitment.
Better Safety. Better Sites.
Comprehensive Industrial Safety Training
for Real-World Work
Our industrial safety training is the foundation of Augusta Industrial Services’ commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for every employee. This commitment is supported by real action. We have invested in dedicated training sites, on-site safety classes, and full certification programs to prepare our people for the field.
We also work to create a safe environment where employees can earn a living and customers can rely on our services. In addition, Augusta Industrial Services employs a full-time safety manager and three Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainers. Every employee completes a thorough safety training program with annual updates to support retention and reflect any changes in government regulations.
This commitment extends beyond compliance. Safety shapes how our teams train, communicate, and perform in the field, ensuring every job is completed with confidence and care.

Our Industrial Safety Training Approach
Putting money where our mouth is.
We’ve invested time and resources into building an on-site industrial training facility. Many competitors send new employees to customer sites for hands-on learning. However, AIS takes a different approach. Our employees train at our headquarters, using the same equipment, procedures, and real scenarios they will see in the field.
In addition to training our own team, we also make our facilities available to other companies. If your business needs a dedicated space for safety instruction or equipment demonstrations, we can help. Trainers can be provided when needed.
We continue investing in advanced equipment and proven training methods…
Safety remains the foundation of everything we do at AIS.
